Please contact us, and we will reach out to you about the matter. At the point of response via message, you will be asked to provide certain requirement(s) and we will submit an "Issue" form.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, additional requirements will be needed for all affected items. Also, a photo (or video) of all affected items will need to be visible in one frame. This is required for confirmation purposes.
